Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP) is a Limited Liability Partnership wholly owned by four NHS Trusts to deliver procurement services to the NHS and the National Procurement Operating Model.  As a centre of commercial excellence, aims to deliver significant and sustainable savings for the NHS economy over the life of the DHSC contract. We do not operate in a market where customer and suppliers are mandated to support us.  The CPP LLP will rely on developing co-operative, strategic relationships as the means to realise our aims and the potential of the Future Operating Model.

The National Category Manager will play a key role in leading the strategic and operational procurement services supplied by Tower 4, Orthopaedics, Trauma and Spine, and Ophthalmology.  Working closely with the Tower Director, the role will play an integral role in establishing the Category Tower as a centre of procurement excellence within the national health economy.  The appointed individual will join CPP as a key member of our senior management team; and will contribute to setting our overall direction and strategy.  We are seeking an experienced, politically astute, innovative procurement professional keen to contribute in a leadership position to our challenging, yet exciting agenda.
