We have a new role for a Head of Transformation to lead on our corporate change, innovative initiatives and complex programmes across the council, ensuring that our services and resources are aligned to deliver sustainable change and achieve the council’s visionary objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing and enthusing to ensure better customer outcomes, increased efficiency and better productivity.
Working at a senior level in a complex organisation, you will bring a proven track record of and passion for change, redesign and the transformation of services to meet competing demands, within a public sector political environment. Experience of leading and implementing digital strategies, delivering complex programmes to drive successful outcomes and exceptional interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills are essential for this exciting new proposition.
Your ability to inspire and empower staff and teams whilst driving through change will need to be seen in both your achievements to date and in how you will adapt your skills and unique approach to reshaping our council and our wonderful city.
