At South Staffordshire College we work together to raise aspirations and success through excellence in all that we do. Our students come first and we focus on our four core principles of togetherness, standards, sustainability and customer care. With a strong community and regional focus, everything we do is aimed at helping our learners realise their full potential and to have a competitive edge in the job market. We have developed enviable industry links, and our recent progress is matched only by our ambition to achieve even more and be consistently responsive to the rapidly changing needs of our students and the business community.

With campuses in Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock and Rodbaston we have a clear strategy to shape our future direction and this is a key appointment to further strengthen our Executive Leadership Team. Our new CEO has already begun to deliver many positive changes from both a learner and staff perspective and this is an opportunity to bring visible and strategic leadership to the finance, estates, ICT and MIS teams. Playing an important role in advising the Chief Executive, this is an opportunity to influence across the College and contribute significantly to corporate, strategic and business planning.

An experienced and inspirational senior leader, you will have an exceptional track record of developing financial and estates strategies, and leading teams to adapt to a changing, competitive market. Financially qualified, a background in further education is highly desirable as is an understanding of complex funding structures and experience of liaising with regulators. Focused on delivering results, continuous improvement and building sustainable relationships you will bring a determination to make a genuine difference to an ambitious organisation which plays a key role in the local economy.
