This is a new role and you will be leading on the creation of a high performing culture, embedding our values and behaviours throughout the business. As a member of the executive team reporting to our new Chief Executive, you will be joining an established group of colleagues that work closely with our board to achieve our strategic priorities. We are looking for strategic thinker with highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, able to cut through complexity, set clear direction and take others on the journey.
You should have excellent leadership skills, a solid track record of working in large and complex organisations, a willingness to support innovation and a passion for developing people. Equally important are your all-round communication skills, your enthusiasm to get things done and move the agenda forwards. You will be driven, highly professional, great with people and be totally aligned with our values.
