At a pivotal phase in our development, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a new directorate. We are bringing together all Speech and Language Advisors and project support staff into a single team, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will be responsible for building and leading the team, and provide strategic leadership for I CAN’s ambitious new programme of work. Our aim is to grow our income in order to increase our reach to more children and young people with SLCN. As an Executive Director of I CAN, you will work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team and contribute to the overall strategy of the charity.
We are looking for a credible and influential leader who is comfortable engaging with and influencing key stakeholders in our field. With your professional roots in speech and language therapy, you will also have significant experience and knowledge of securing, nurturing and maximising the impact of partnership relationships and a track record of delivering large programmes of work to a high standard and in partnership with other organisations. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to ensuring we continue to make a positive impact on the lives and potential of thousands of children and young people with SLCN.
