We are currently searching for a Finance Manager that will report directly to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for accurate and timely production of the management accounts, budgets, forecasting, payroll, treasury management and audit work and for ensuring effective and robust management of the organisation's finances, in line with high professional standards and in support of the organisation's objectives. Key to the is role will be your ability to developing a new budget structure and financial governance that empowers our managers while keeping us safe to support the next stage of our development and expansion into new markets.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced finance professional, ideally with charitable experience, to manage the finance function and deliver accounting and financial reporting services to Vivacity’s Board.  Just as importantly, will be your ability to develop your team, work with colleagues across the organisation and influence and negotiate with a variety of audiences, including our partners to achieve desired results.
