This innovative program supports the future development of candidates that have the skills, drive and passion to join a committee or board structure and make a real difference.

Who are we looking for? You will have the skills, drive and passion to join a committee or board structure and make a real difference. You will already thrive at Director level and consistently perform highly in your organisation. You will be a respected leader and skilled communicator, with the potential to become an effective board member ready to build on your skills through a non- executive role to supplement your experiences. Delivered by the Institute of Directors, our programme will invest in your skills through a tailored programme that includes mentoring and shadowing opportunities with our Board and Committees, as well as an induction into the affordable housing industry.

If successful, you will be working with our highly effective Board led by a strong leadership team, as highlighted by an in depth independent review by Deloitte.
