Our ambitious digital journey has begun and we are looking for a passionate and compelling advocate of change to join the senior leadership team.   We are determined to embrace the full potential of technology, firmly focused on significantly enhancing the experience of our residents.

This new role creates the capacity and input we need to drive fundamental and transformational change across the Council.  Your role is to challenge existing ways of working and to deliver a joined up, digitally enabled Council, with a focus on outcomes for people and communities. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of our Digital Strategy building on the recent work we have undertaken with our business transformation partner which has co-produced an exciting and creative approach. You will lead on the Digital Transformation across the Council and beyond. Just as important will be your political nous and your ability to work and inspire confidence within a political environment.
