Client
UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA)
UKCISA provides, for institutions and international students, the most comprehensive range of information available on the rules and entitlements which govern coming to the UK to study, but our remit stretches much wider than this. Encouraging and enabling good practice and the highest levels of institutional support for international students, we lobby and liaise with government and sector agencies on international student policy. Above all we act as an advocate for the interests and value of international students and for the insights and expertise they bring in an increasingly interdependent world.
We are a compact but influential organisation with a staff team of 17 and a stable and well-functioning operational structure. With a large membership of more than 500, including every university in the UK, the majority of Further Education colleges which are active internationally and a range of specialist and representative bodies, we have extensive reach.
We are seeking a Chief Executive with impact and influence, who can make a real difference to our members, championing the international student agenda. Regardless of your sector background, you will demonstrate the right skills to engage and influence at the highest levels of Government and Education, gaining the trust, confidence and support of colleagues working in member institutions throughout the sector.
Closing Date for Applications | Monday 3rd December at 10am |
Preliminary Interviews | w/c 10th December & early w/c 17th December |
Final Panel Interview | Wednesday 16th January 2019 |
