Home Group is one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing and the largest provider of care and support services. In addition, we have a long and distinguished history of providing housing and care services for some of the most vulnerable people in our society, stretching back to 1935 and the era of the Jarrow March.

We are one of the largest care and support providers in the country and are working with NHS partners to provide integrated health, housing and social care that makes a difference and relieves pressure on the NHS. We have created a specialist function within our business to support the NHS’s commitment to improving health and well-being through innovative new models of care.

To help with the strategic oversight and governance for our New Models of Care, we have created a Clinical Governance Committee which will provide assurance on care quality and challenge our approach to growth.  We are recruiting a new Independent Committee Member who will bring experience and knowledge of the health and care markets, specifically in relation to mental health, learning disabilities and older people.

It is an exciting time to be joining Home Group and in return, we offer the opportunity to join a highly organisation and a passionate workforce that has a significant impact in the communities we serve to deliver our mission of ‘Building Homes, Independence and Aspirations’.

For Further Information or a confidential discussion, please contact our advisers Simon Wing on 020 7426 3976 or Rosie Gunn on 020 7426 3998.
