We are looking for a Head of Health and Safety who will help deliver these commitments through innovation and strong delivery.
This is an exciting time for a talented health and safety professional to join a forward-thinking organisation with a broad portfolio. Health and safety is a corporate priority which is reflected in the creation of this new post. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Resources, you will be responsible for establishing a corporate health and safety structure and building a high performing and trusted team, raising standards across the organisation.
You will be a high calibre professional with a strong technical background. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. You will have the gravitas to be a trusted advisor to the corporate leadership team on statutory compliance and best practice. With a track record of influencing at a senior level, excellent relationship building skills your approach to health and safety management will be proactive and collaborative.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader to build a team and culture from the ground up and make their mark. Once established there is the potential to grow the function and explore potential commercial opportunities.
