We are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive with a minimum of three years’ very senior management experience, combining strategic vision and a track record of inspirational leadership with a passion to deliver the highest quality care. Experience of partnership working and collaboration across the health and social care sector would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be of the highest integrity and will have a demonstrable track record of leading a cohesive team in a challenging environment. Achieving more for less will be second nature to the successful candidate. An understanding of, and commitment to, the values of accountability, good governance, probity, openness and equality of opportunity are essential.
You will be a strategic thinker and experienced in leading and delivering complex organisational change. Your excellent communication and listening skills and financial acumen will be complemented by you being politically astute and well-versed in the NHS environment and current issues.
