Are you passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be?
We are the UK's largest provider of specialist epilepsy care services and we want to be the best. At our Chalfont Centre we aim to offer services that are tailored to the needs of the individual. Working in partnership with our residents, and those around them, we design support which enables residents to live the lives they want to live and to make informed choices about their care.
We’re looking for an outstanding and commercially strong Director of Care Services to lead our committed and passionate staff. As a key member of our leadership team, you will shape and lead our care strategy to continue to deliver our excellent person-centred care as well as actively contribute towards the wider strategic direction of our organisation. Ours is a collaborative and caring culture underpinned by our values of openness, accountability and respect and the senior leadership team must reflect those values and be agile in order for us to reach our objectives.
We require a leader with an outstanding track record of delivering high quality, person-centred disability services. You will be a thorough, strategic thinker who brings a deep understanding of what good governance and compliance looks like and will have a confident, can do approach that will inspire others internally and externally through your vision and passion for our cause.
In return, we are offering a career defining opportunity to impact on an organisation that is ambitious in its vision to support people with a condition that affects people from all walks of life.
