Our new Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive has an important role to play in leading our ambitious plans for improvement and transformation towards delivering excellence. Working collaboratively with the 5 Clinical Divisions, harnessing the talent and energy of the incredible people who work at NBT, developing capability and capacity internally and with partners to deliver exceptional care and improved outcomes.
This role requires a creative and inspirational leader, someone who will champion NBT with partners, shaping and influencing strategy that plays to the strengths of NBT and supports the delivery of system health. We want a people person, someone with boundless energy, who is open, authentic and enjoys coming to work. You will need a passion for improvement and commitment to transformational change in addition to a solid track record of empowering teams to deliver exceptional services.
This is an exciting time to join NBT and the person appointed will join an ambitious senior leadership team and will work closely with the Chair and the Chief Executive, to provide strategic leadership and develop a high performing unitary Board, influencing the delivery of outstanding care across the organization and system.
