We now need a Chief Executive who will help us deliver on our ambitious plans for growth. Our vision principles for Trafford are about place and people; creating a flourishing and sustainable Trafford where residents feel proud to live. We are passionate about empowering our workforce to deliver excellent services with people and families at the heart of everything we do.
Our new Chief Executive will help shape our place, drive our economic and housing growth, improve our services and exceed the expectations of our residents, staff, communities and partners. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will bring their passion, drive and vision to Trafford.
Commercially astute with a strong customer focus, you will bring insight and drive our innovation. You will be politically aware with a proven ability to command the respect, trust and confidence of councillors, staff, partner organisations and residents.
We have a great story to tell in Trafford and we are incredibly proud of what we do. We need our new Chief Executive to make the borough an even better place to live and work, and who will lead our people so that the great things already happening in Trafford.
