Community Health Partnerships
Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is wholly owned by the Department of Health. Our purpose is to deliver a high quality and valued service to the NHS and local partners across England. We do this by providing and managing a modern, fit for purpose, safe estate through which they can improve services, deliver savings, increasing service integration and drive optimal utilisation across the estate portfolio, to the benefit of staff, patients and the public purse.
CHP wants to strengthen its existing Board by appointing two new Non-Executive Directors with extensive skills and experience to help drive the company forward by offering strategic advice and challenge to the Board and Executive Management Team. In addition to strategic leadership skills gained at board level in large, complex organisations we’re looking for specific expertise in either;
- Specialist commercial knowledge related to estate development, with a sound commercial understanding of current and future industry approaches to infrastructure development, procurement and financing options
- clinical and management experience of the NHS and have influence across both hospital and out of hospital organisations, with understanding of new care pathways and changing models of care delivery, and the role the estate plays in service delivery
CHP’s purpose is to help every health and social care system improve and integrate their services by providing a fit for purpose and cost-effective estate that is better for patients, better for staff and better for the public purse. If you think you have the skills and ability to add value to our board in driving forward our mission we would like to hear from you
