We are looking to attract a Customer Insight Director to join our senior team. Our customers are at the centre of what we deliver and what they think and tell us is vitally important. We want to transform the way we interact with our customers, listening to what they say so this can help us further develop and improve the services we provide to them.

For this critical new role, we’re seeking an individual who’ll be keen to do what needs to be done and who isn’t afraid to take tough decisions whilst working collaboratively with other teams across the Group – all with the aim of delivering unsurpassed customer, housing and support services.

We want to hear from ambitious professionals, who see no limits to what we can achieve – individually and collectively. Applicants for this role will need to be open to dealing with the real issues, to new ways of solving problems, to other points of view – and to the benefits of adopting best practice from others.
