Formed in 2008, GreenSquare Group is passionate about creating great places to live. We develop a range of new homes for rent, shared ownership and sale – as well as providing housing management, care and support, and commercial property services –  across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. Our mission is to increase the opportunities for people to thrive by building great homes and communities. Providing this to those on low incomes and those most at need is at the heart of our purpose – it is what we exist for – and we now own and manage nearly 12,000 properties.

We make a difference to people’s lives – and this is something we want to continue doing, for more people, every day. We use our strength to make a wider contribution to society by reinvesting our profits not only to deliver our main aims but also to deliver a range of projects and services that support strong and vibrant communities.

We are looking to attract a Customer Insight Director to join our senior team. Our customers are at the centre of what we deliver and what they think and tell us is vitally important. We want to transform the way we interact with our customers, listening to what they say so this can help us further develop and improve the services we provide to them.

For this critical new role, we’re seeking an individual who’ll be keen to do what needs to be done and who isn’t afraid to take tough decisions whilst working collaboratively with other teams across the Group – all with the aim of delivering unsurpassed customer, housing and support services.

We want to hear from ambitious professionals, who see no limits to what we can achieve – individually and collectively. Applicants for this role will need to be open to dealing with the real issues, to new ways of solving problems, to other points of view – and to the benefits of adopting best practice from others.

For further information about the role or for a confidential discussion, please contact our advisers Simon Wing on 020 7426 3976 or Rosie Gunn on 020 7426 3998.
