The Challenge and Organisational Learning Director will sit as member of the Executive, playing a key role in the development and delivery of approaches, plans and methodologies by seeking out and bringing back ideas and best practice from wider industry. You will be responsible for challenging ways of working across the Magnox organisation, driving excellence and continuous improvement across all activities and specifically project delivery. Leading on value-for-money initiatives, innovative approaches and organisational learning, you will collaborate across the Magnox organisation to constantly challenge and improve how we deliver the decommissioning mission.
To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced networker and leader, with a track record of designing and delivering transformation, able to envision and articulate opportunities to improve complex operations and processes. You will be able to demonstrate success in driving and delivering effective continuous improvement, and will be comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.
