As Decommissioning Programme Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the clear definition of the Decommissioning Programme mission and will lead the safe and successful delivery of all programme related activity across the entire Magnox organisation.  You will conceptualise, deliver and manage complex projects which are central to the decommissioning mission, balancing resource and budgets.  Working with regulators and a range of internal stakeholders you will ensure adherence to Site Licence Conditions and environmental legislation whilst implementing and delivering strategy.

A responsive and pragmatic individual with strengths in programme planning and coordination, you will bring a proven track record of understanding complex technical requirements and designing appropriate strategies and solutions.  You will have gained a comprehensive knowledge of the technical aspects of decommissioning.  You will be an effective leader, with safety as your highest priority, and able to build constructive relationships with the relevant regulatory bodies, NDA and other stakeholders.
