We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Director of Nursing who will also hold the position of Deputy Chief Executive. As Deputy to an experienced and well respected Chief Executive, this role will offer you an excellent opportunity to take a central leadership role within the Trust and further improve our quality of compassionate care. You will also help us build relationships with our partners in the wider health and care economy - all of which will help us in our continuous improvement journey to become ‘Outstanding’.
A creative leader, who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, you will bring an approachable and collaborative style and be comfortable working within a culture that the CQC has described as being ‘open and inclusive’. With a track record of leading quality improvement, you will build credibility quickly and gain the trust of our dedicated professional workforce.
