Having recently experienced some governance challenges, we are seeking to develop an engaging and empowering culture across the organisation; establishing clear accountability and a commitment to continual quality improvement.
Following a significant change in our leadership team, we are seeking to recruit a new Chair to lead our Board and Council of Governors. The Chair will provide support, insight and challenge within the Trust and will build strong and effective relationships within the wider health economy. An exceptional communicator, you will bring credibility and gravitas in representing the interests of our organisation and patients with a wide range of stakeholders. With leadership experience at Board level, gained in complex environments you will be politically astute and experienced in working across organisational boundaries. This role will be both challenging and rewarding, offering you the opportunity to shape future health and social care services for the people of Wirral and beyond.
