We are a mental health non-profit with one purpose: we are here so nobody struggles alone. Our mission is to provide high-quality, integrated mental health and wellbeing services, placing people and communities at the heart of everything we do.

This is a crucial role as we expand Everyturn’s services into London for the first time. Our new partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust will see us provide specialist, clinically-led community rehabilitation support for people with complex needs.

Your role will be to provide strategic leadership to the mobilisation and establishment of this service, which launches in spring 2026, and head up our highly skilled local workforce to deliver exceptional care to people in South London.

Your operational and strategic leadership will also include building strong local relationships with our NHS and community partners, identifying opportunities to expand our services more widely across London.

You will bring extensive experience of senior operational leadership, a proven track record of mobilising and leading CQC registered services, and demonstrable business development success within a health or care setting.

We’re proud to be an NHS provider, a national mental health charity, and an organisation rooted in communities. Our strongly-held values and spirit of innovation have led to our reputation for pioneering new models of life-changing care.

If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

We welcome applications from anyone, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability, age, religion, heritage, or socioeconomic background. However, we are particularly keen to hear from applicants from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds.
