Following the recent announcement of the merger between Paradigm and Settle, we are entering an exciting new chapter as we create a stronger, more resilient housing association. Together, we will serve over 30,000 homes and continue to deliver high-quality, affordable housing across the Southeast and East of England. This merger builds on our shared values and ambition to make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

As we prepare for this integration, we are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our Executive Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of a newly merged organisation, driving innovation, integration, and resident-focused service delivery.

Our new CIO will play a critical role in delivering our digital agenda in the new organisation. You will lead the development of a Group-wide digital strategy, harnessing data, AI, and emerging technologies to improve resident experience, streamline operations, and support our environmental goals. You will also be instrumental in shaping our integration programme, ensuring our systems and services are aligned, agile, and future-ready.

We are looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in IT, data analytics, and performance frameworks. You will bring experience of leading complex change in a regulated environment, and a passion for using technology to enhance customer and colleague experiences. Your ability to influence at Board level, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver robust, resident-focused solutions will be key to your success.

As we begin work on our next Corporate Plan (2026 onwards), your leadership will help us navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead including those arising from the wider political and economic landscape.

If you are excited by the opportunity to lead digital transformation in a newly merged, ambitious housing group, we would be delighted to receive your application.
