Cora Health is seeking an exceptional Doctor to join our Executive Team as Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This is a national role with flexible working arrangements, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. As CMO, you will serve as the senior medic within the organisation, providing strategic leadership, assurance and expert oversight on matters related to clinical governance, quality, and innovation.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assuring and safeguarding clinical standards from a medical perspective throughout our services. You will work closely with the Board, Executive Management Team, and Senior Management Team to guide our services to ensure we provide care, which is high quality, safe and forward-thinking. Your influence will extend across the organisation, from advising on clinical strategy and service development to supporting innovation and research that enhances our reputation and impact.

As CMO, you will act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board providing independent insight, assurance and support in managing clinical risks and incidents with your medical interpretation. You will represent the views of our doctors and support our Allied Health Professionals, Nurses and patients, building meaningful relationships with external professional bodies and stakeholders.

You will bring a strong track record of strategic level leadership in medical management, alongside a commercial understanding and a flare for innovation. You will have demonstrated your ability to lead service improvement, influence change, and build strategic partnerships. Your medical credibility, professional integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential in promoting a culture of excellence and learning.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery at our organisation. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a patient-centred approach, we would love to hear from you.
