Are you a commercially astute international business developer with a passion for education and global healthcare? Join Learna, a fast-growing and mission-driven digital education company, as we expand our global impact through strategic B2B partnerships.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Global Partnerships and Market Development, a newly created position reporting into our incoming Commercial Director. This role will lead our international student recruitment strategy and deliver commercial growth through the development of scalable partnerships across healthcare, education, student recruitment agencies, and corporate sectors.

From working with medical associations to co-develop specialist programmes, to partnering with multinational employers or digital education marketplaces, this is an exciting opportunity to shape Learna’s international presence and accelerate our commercial reach in key markets such as India, the Gulf states, and beyond.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing Learna’s international B2B sales strategy, identifying new global markets, building strategic commercial relationships, and securing high-value, long-term agreements. This role will play a vital part in driving student enrolment and revenue growth across a broad spectrum of international channels.

You will bring experience in international B2B sales or business development - ideally in education, healthcare, or digital services—along with a strong record of delivering revenue growth through partnerships. You will have the strategic mindset to open new markets and the commercial skillset to close impactful deals. A global perspective, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills will all be key to success.

If you are ambitious, globally minded, and ready to make a commercial impact in a fast-growing digital education business, we would love to hear from you.
