We are here to provide homes for people to live well. We absolutely believe that everyone should have a comfortable, safe, and affordable home within a vibrant and supportive community. Our homes and services change lives.

A leading housing association in Northern Ireland, we have 6,000 homes and an ambitious development programme for growth. We pride ourselves on being different and challenge ourselves to embrace opportunity. We believe in better, and together, we can make a difference.

It’s the perfect time to join us as we embark on the creation of our new strategic plan which will shape our future.  As our Executive Director of Finance & IT, you will contribute to our corporate direction, be responsible for our financial stewardship, ensuring viability and stability, and have strategic responsibility for digital change.  You will ensure we are well-financed, with effective, modern systems and processes and high-quality data and information.

Our values are the heartbeat of our organisation. They guide the way we behave and the decisions we make.  We’re seeking an inspirational, collaborative and empowering leader, driven to impact not just an organisation, but the lives of many people and communities.

As an experienced financial leader and qualified member of a recognised accountancy professional body, you’ll be able to blend technical skills with creative strategic leadership. Critical to your success will be your ability to communicate complex financial information and funding arrangements to a diverse range of stakeholders, and effectively partner with teams across the organisation, enabling them to succeed.  You’ll bring a track record of building positive relationships at all levels, including external stakeholders such as lenders.  Experience in the social housing sector, or a similarly customer-focused, regulated environment is desirable.

If you would like a confidential discussion about the role, please contact our advising consultants at GatenbySanderson, Chantelle Harris on 07384 460191 or Sandra Jones on 07826 404091.

The closing date is 9am on Monday 24th February.
