To help us get there, we're ready to appoint an inspirational Director of People and Culture to create and lead a forward-thinking and colleague centric experience across our organisation.  You'll lead People, OD and Culture, focusing on customer engagement and playing an organisation-wide role as a critical member of our senior leadership team.  You'll regularly interact with a number of internal and external senior stakeholders including our board.

As an experienced strategic People and OD leader in a multi-faceted organisation, you will come full of ideas about how to revolutionise our culture.  Much more important than your sector knowledge will be your values and your approach.  You will be an innovative thinker who can push the boundaries of traditional HR methodologies and be closely aligned to internal and external customers' needs with a strong understanding of developing performance cultures.
