Creating Homes. Building lives. Here at Stockport Homes Group we are passionate about not only providing housing and building new homes in Stockport, but helping to transform the lives of our customers. What makes us unique is our vision - one where entrepreneurship and commercialisation go hand in hand with social impact.

Our Group comprises: Stockport Homes, which is Stockport’s largest landlord and acts as ‘landlord’ for both Stockport Council’s social housing and our own property portfolio; Three Sixty is a pioneering construction and property management company which donates the majority of its profits to social causes within the group; SKylight - a charitable organisation set up to deliver services to some of our most vulnerable customers; and Viaduct Housing Partnership which delivers affordable, high quality, energy efficient new homes.

We are now looking to appoint to a newly created role of Director of Property who will report to the Chief Executive and be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. The role’s purpose is to lead on all asset and property functions within our Group. This includes our core asset management services, the development and delivery of the capital investment and new build programmes, cyclical and responsive maintenance, statutory compliance activity and external contracting services. Supporting our ‘one team’ culture and approach, our new Director will have a key role in promoting the commercial success and expansion of our trading arm, Three Sixty, in line with our growth strategy and social purpose.

You will bring to our Group professional insight into strategic asset management, and possibly one or more of the other key functions which report into this business critical role. As either an established or aspiring Director, you will be seeking a wide-ranging leadership role where you can have extensive impact across an ambitious Group. With a team in excess of 250 to lead, it’s essential that you demonstrate an inspiring leadership style along with strategic vision, commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills to help ensure that our Group achieves its considerable potential.
