This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced and ambitious commercial VP, Training and Services to work closely with TM Forum’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Committee (ExCo) who are based in both UK and the US.  

As a member of the Leadership team, you will be responsible for growing TM Forum’s education and training business sustainably. The postholder will own commercial strategy, the education and training P&L, product development, pricing, partner, vendor and cost management.   

You will have gained leadership experience in the telecoms industry and/or an industry association or standards body, and will bring expert knowledge gained in a training, education and coaching or related field to this role. You will enjoy generating innovative opportunities and sharing your specialist know-how with key internal and external stakeholders together with an agile, collaborative and flexible approach to work, to deliver at pace and with impact.  You will maintain and evolve an inclusive culture within TM Forum where everyone is valued, treated fairly, and empowered to thrive, with a strong behavioural alignment to the values of the Forum. 

This role is based at TM Forum’s London office on Liverpool Street, with regular international travel. Agile working is an important part of TM Forum’s culture. To support the delivery of business outcomes, and as a member of the Leadership Team, you will be expected to spend time in the office regularly.  International travel will be required to attend key TM Forum stakeholder meetings, global conferences and innovation hubs.
