“Inclusion is a word we bandy about but how are we actually demonstrating that in practice by supporting colleagues, looking at their career development and asking what do you want to do? Where do you see yourself in in two or three years? What support can I provide in getting there? Do you want to come and shadow me and see what I do and give me feedback so it’s a two way process.”
