Tracy’s career includes over 25 years teaching at the University of Warwick as an Associate lecturer.  She delivered modules on several widely respected MSc courses (UK and Overseas) as well as bespoke leadership programmes for clients such as Amazon, Royal Mail and Network Rail.

Her many years as a Business Psychologist mean Tracy is a strong advocate for people’s capabilities and how to harness those to deliver success. Her emphasis on providing practical tips and tools that they can use every day helps deliver long term success for the business in which they work. As a thought partner, Tracy helps clients to increase their self-awareness allowing them to become the kind of leader that attracts followership.

Clients find her forthright approach ‘refreshing’ and easy to engage with, creating an environment of positivity and progression. Recognising that we operate in a rapidly changing world, Tracy has also acted as a trusted advisor, giving leaders a safe space to discuss the issues that keep them awake at night to help maintain objectivity and reasoned decision-making.
