Mark has worked in Consulting (CEB and SHL) and in-house as the Global Head of Assessment at UBS, the Chief Psychologist at the Cabinet Office, and the Talent and Succession Manager at Nationwide Building Society. In these roles he designed and delivered a wide range of solutions including leadership potential assessment, leadership development programs, leadership capability frameworks, board evaluation, succession planning processes, coaching and award-winning recruitment processes.
Joining us as a Partner in the Leadership and Talent Consulting Practice, and Practice Lead for Leadership Assessment and Insight, Mark enjoys working collaboratively with others to deliver well researched, high-quality solutions, that support client business outcomes.
He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (HCPC), HR professional (MCIPD) and Executive Coach (AoEC) who specialises in the areas of Talent and Leadership Assessment and Development.
Outside of work Mark enjoys looking after his bees.
