Kit Rooney

Kit joined us in January 2022 as part of the Assistant Researcher training programme. Following her completion of the year-long rotation scheme across the Central Government, Not for Profit, Education, and Health Practices, she has now permanently joined the Education team as a Researcher.

She has worked on a variety of executive and non-executive research campaigns across all four sectors, with recent clients including the University of Salford, the Department for Transport, the Department for Work and Pensions, E3G, Ravensbourne University, Cranfield University, and Adoption UK.

Kit is also Vice Chair of our organisation’s Race Affinity Group and is an active member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Environment Team.

She studied at UCL and holds a BA (Hons) in History and German.
