Prior to joining us David worked in Local Government with responsibility for Leadership and Management Development at Essex County Council, creating frameworks and programmes to support the development of talent (from aspiring managers through to senior leadership) in their delivery of the organisational strategy.
Previously, he led on Organisation Development & Change at Thurrock Council and in Central Government he worked in roles such as Cross-Government Organisation Development and Design Consultant, Leadership Development Consultant and Senior HR Business Partner with responsibility for talent, selection, and succession.
David’s areas of expertise include leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring, organisational development, and leadership assessment.
David holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & and MBA Open University
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) specialising in organisation and people development; an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach; OD Practitioner – Roffey Park Institute and on the Register of Qualified Test Users (RQTU) for Wave Occupational Ability & Personality.
