Charlie Boulton

Charlie identifies and engages with senior and executive individuals across the UK who operate within the NHS. Establishing, developing and maintain close and professional relationships, these engagements are used to fulfil client’s urgent and immediate leadership vacancy requests whilst providing interim professionals opportunities to advance their careers.

Charlie’s remit covers all of the UK and he works with a wide variety of NHS Trusts and Health Boards across England and Wales. The roles he commonly recruits for include Interim CEO, COO, CFO, Chief People Officers, Directors of Strategy and Transformation, Chief Nurses and Medical Directors.

Beyond this role, Charlie is also the Co-Chair of GatenbySanderson’s internal CSR group. He is responsible for the direction and management of annual charity-corporate partnerships, fundraising and volunteering initiatives and the environmental agenda across the business.
