For more than 14 years Juliet has specialised in complex and high profile leadership appointments at Board and senior executive levels, right across the wider Public and Not for Profit Sectors. She has placed numerous Chairs, Trustees, Non-executive Directors, Chief Executives and Directors – and their equivalents – over the years and now leads two talented and expert teams specialising in senior appointments and leadership talent consulting in the Education (Higher, Further and Schools) and Not for Profit sectors. Juliet began her career at Imperial College before moving into Media and PR for a major national charity. She has also worked in Government, as private secretary to a prominent Government Minister, before joining the industry. Juliet’s has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Historic Royal Palaces, the Departments for Education and Culture, Media and Sport, Nominet, Social Finance, Lloyds Bank Foundation and the House of Commons. She has also worked with a range of international organisations.

Juliet has a particular interest in leadership, specifically at Board level. She remains strongly committed to developing and promoting women for the boardroom and has spoken at a number of events on the issue.

She holds a degree in English and Politics from the Queen's University Belfast and is a Master's graduate and former postgraduate research scholar.
