Interim Recruitment Manager – NHS Provider, Yorkshire – Start January 2022– 6 months + duration – Mostly Remote – Competitive Day Rate – Inside IR35

We are seeking an Interim Recruitment Manager (Staff Bank, E-Rostering and Systems) for our client, an NHS Provider based in Yorkshire. The role is to start in early 2022, and the duration of the contract is expected to run for 6 months + whilst the organisation recruits the position substantively. There is an opportunity for this role to turn substantive should that be of interest to all parties involved. There is a competitive day rate available and the position falls inside IR35. Our client is ideally looking for someone to undertake the role full time although a 4-day week can be considered. This opportunity would be mostly remote, but it would be advantageous if ad hoc trips on-site could be made. NHS experience is desirable however is not essential as other healthcare or fast paced commercial environments will also be considered.

The Job Role - The position will be focusing on Staff Bank, E-Rostering and Systems. In terms of key deliverables for the role, the position will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Supporting the Deputy HR Direction with a small restructure of the team
  • Supporting the implementation of new rosters and roll-out of e-rostering across the whole Trust
  • Developing plans to increase supply of bank only staff
  • Supporting the expansion of the staff bank service to the whole of the clinical workforce
  • Ensuring the vaccine centres have a pipeline of suitable staff
  • Quality Improvement work around systems and how to use them more effectively

The Person – Suitable candidates must have experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment and dealing with large volume campaigns. It would also be advantageous if you have experience of line management responsibilities and supporting colleagues with resolving problems. NHS experience is desirable however is not essential as other healthcare or fast paced commercial environments will also be considered.
