Interim Organisational Development Consultant – NHS Mental Health Trust, London - £600 Day Rate Inside IR35 – 6 Months – Full Time

We are seeking an Interim OD Consultant for our client, an NHS Mental Health Trust in London. The role is looking to start ideally as soon as possible, although a January start can also be considered. The assignment will be for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of being extended up to 12 months. There will be a requirement to be on-site 2 days a week. Given the scope of the role's remit, this position will preferably be conducted on a full-time basis although a four-day week is a possibility for the right candidate. 

The Job Role – This role will focus on working with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop a two-year OD and culture change strategy for the organisation. This will include bringing together the current OD and culture change work together so that it sits as a holistic plan. The position will also be orientated around collaborating with staff, service users and the wider communities to improve the culture of the organisation and enhance the value proposition for all key stakeholder groups.

The Person – Our client is looking for someone who has gained significant OD and Cultural Change experience in health-related background, ideally from the NHS. This person must have the gravitas to work effectively with the Trust’s CEO and Executive Leadership Board to implement the OD and culture change strategy that has been developed.
