A regulation body responsible for protecting workplace pensions in the UK are looking for 2 Procurement Business Partners. Both roles will be required to lead the procurement and contract management activities within an assigned programme, including the management of statutory and regulatory compliance, governance and provision of best practice advice. The difference in roles is as follows:

 

 

Role 1 - To work on more license management especially new MS agreement and novation’s. Must have worked on licensing.

Role 2 - To work on the commercial exit work stream of the programme. Need to have worked on an exit from a large outsource contract.

 Essential criteria

  • Professional Membership/Experience: MCIPS [Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply] with extensive business awareness gained from significant experience of related work from either private or public sector.
  • Procurement Legislation: In-depth breadth of specialised knowledge of Public Procurement directives, principles and UK specific legislation.

The role is expected to last 4-6 months, day rate up to £450 inside IR35. It will be remote working for the duration of the contract.
