We have created a new post as Director of Strategy, Transformation and Partnerships who will now work with our staff and partners to help shape the organisation’s future direction of travel, so everyone connected with the Trust is clear about our plans, what we want to achieve and how we will do it.

Director of Strategy, Transformation and Partnerships will also have responsibility for transformation plans, including major change programmes that improve workforce efficiency, systems and processes and operational productivity to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care. The post holder will be responsible for the annual business planning cycle and play an important role in developing a range of different and innovative partnerships They will also have responsibility for the delivery of the QI programme working with the Chief Nurse.

We need someone who has a good understanding of national priorities and challenges, and how these are likely to impact on our services and the wider local health economy of which we are part. Someone who can inspire innovation, creativity and continuous improvement in our people and across organisational boundaries, you bring a pragmatic approach and a track record of delivery, you are comfortable influencing across organisational boundaries to ensure BEH can deliver excellence in care for our service users.
