Nordoff Robbins
Nordoff Robbins is the leading independent music therapy charity in the UK, dedicated to changing the lives of vulnerable and isolated people. The past four years have been an extraordinary time of change, development and growth and last year we changed the lives of over 10,000 people.
After five successful years leading the charity, Julie Whelan will be stepping down later this year and now is an incredibly exciting time to join the organisation as we move into our next five-year strategy. We are looking for a passionate, committed and experienced senior leader who has led organisations through growth and change to drive forward our ambitious plans to deliver music therapy to even more people across the UK.
This is a strongly ambassadorial role and you will enjoy engaging with our supporters, partners and donors at all levels. As such, you will possess outstanding influencing, communication and interpersonal skills as well as sharp commercial acumen combined with experience of income generation and a deep appreciation of the life-changing impact music can have on our beneficiaries’ lives.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to lead an organisation that is dedicated to changing the lives of some of the most vulnerable and isolated people through the wonder of music.
