Tina has 20 years’ experience of working within commercial HR. As well as leading generalist HR functions, she has specialised in acquisitions, recruitment, reward, employment law and policy development.
She has spent the last 10 years in Executive Board roles, either of European HR teams or smaller more entrepreneurial commercial teams. Her experiences cover the full breadth of HR from implementing HR information systems, to performance management systems, engagement strategies and benefits analysis/reward structures, through to handling complex employee relations matters.
Her focus is on maximising high performing, emotionally connected and engaged teams. She is a trained executive coach, and can be called on to support clients with a range of issues from employment relationship challenges where an independent view is valued to leading Diversity and Inclusion projects.
