Serena focuses on working with clients across a wide variety of Health and Social Care settings in the NHS (including Trusts and CCGs), as well as wider statutory bodies, NDPBs and private healthcare.

She has extensive experience of working with both established and emerging organisations to appoint top teams; and establish effective organisational culture and leadership. She has previously worked with a number of boards and Chief Executives within the Not for Profit sector (including Scope and Barnardo’s) to support the recruitment and development of their top teams, and worked closely with Healthwatch England at the point of inception to support both the formation of the top team and the development of their wider organisational structure.

Serena joined the executive search industry in 2007, following an early career within the Not for Profit sector. Since then has worked across central and local government, Not for Profit and the NHS to recruit to a breadth of senior level executive and Non Executive roles. Prior to joining us she led the Healthcare Practice at another leading executive search firm.
