Sarah’s primary focus is leading our Executive Profiling service for our clients.
Her experience includes executive leadership assessments, senior level recruitment and promotion process design, design and delivery of development centres and one-to-one 360-degree feedback sessions and development action planning.
Sarah has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Registered Test User of Occupational Ability and Personality Tests.
Starting her career in HR Consulting, she gained experience of the entire employee lifecycle from attraction and recruitment, through talent management and leadership development, to redeployment and outplacement. She has also worked in bid management, with a primary focus on public sector executive search bids, where she gained insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the public sector.
