Ross has worked in executive search for over eight years, working on senior positions in both public and private sectors.

In the private sector, he has worked with multinational FTSE100 and Fortune 500 organisations in sectors including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and retail, whilst in the public sector he has worked with both FE colleges and universities on senior appointments.

He has a BA in French & Italian from the University of Bristol, and a Master’s in Modern European Cultures from the University of Birmingham.
