Her specialisms include recruiting top level talent, whilst also conducting pro-active pipelining projects for C suite and Director level positions. She also specialises is in conducting in depth talent insight research, helping clients to make better informed decisions on talent strategy.
Before joining us, Rachel worked as a researcher in Executive Search for 6 years, with diverse experience across a wide range of sectors and roles.
