Paul has over a decade of experience working in the Education sector. He works, not only with universities and colleges, but at the interface between education and government. His wealth of experience working within the Education world has led to long term partnerships and relationships with a range of organisations.

Before working in Executive Search, Paul worked in higher education and professional education. He initially worked at CIPFA in their professional education directorate for seven years, and then later three years at the London School of Economics and Political Science in senior management positions. Paul is a graduate of King’s College London.
