Nick has over a decade’s experience of recruiting at Chief Executive, Director and Head of Service levels.

His track record includes high-profile appointments in social care, place-shaping and corporate roles across all tiers of local government.

Nick has a strong sense of public service having previously served as a Parish Councillor and is currently on the Council of Governors at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust where he also sits on the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

Prior to joining GatenbySanderson, Nick worked in some of the UK’s largest people businesses including Capita plc and Tribal plc.
