Michelle has over 15 years experience within Executive Search, with networks across the not-for-profit, local and central government, commercial, health, and education sectors.

She has recently placed roles such as Chair of the Social Care Institute for Excellence; Trustees for Picker, NESTA and Community Links; Director General of the National Army Museum; Chief Operating Officer for New Philanthropy Capital and Impetus-PEF and various roles for English Heritage, YoungMinds, DeafBlind UK and Lloyds Bank Foundation.

Her early career was spent working with Ernst & Young in South Africa assisting their Financial Services Recruitment Practice to place qualified accountants in the UK before moving to the UK herself. She went on to gain extensive research experience across a variety of sectors, before specialising in the charity sector for the last 9 years.
