Michael Dobson

Practice Lead, Central Government

Michael is operational lead for the Central Government practice. He has worked with us for over 5 years focusing on Senior Civil Service and non executive positions, across all practice areas and disciplines.

He worked in both private and public sector executive search, specialising in key corporate services leadership positions both executive and non executive. His experience has seen him work for both large scale FTSE environments, as well as start up operations, therefore brings a strong balance of experience, with an underlying expertise in Central Government executive search.

In an earlier life, Michael played professional Cricket for Northamptonshire CCC and was a sports scholar at Loughborough University.
